No matter whether you are student, young couples or somebody who simply needs relaxing and calm experience, there are so many cheap travel locations to visit.

Last year when I visited I was in a simple hostel paying 400/night and here I met travellers of every continent. It was among the most peaceful journeys ever experienced by me.

Hampi is heaven in case you are a history graduate and have a passion in photography. It is like a movie set with the boulder strewn landscape as well as ancient temples.

The most amazing thing was? Cycle rental is available at many places and cycling around Hampi is magical as well as economical.

Best thing to do in the area: Kheerganga trek, cafes along the river, Israeli food

On one occasion, I found out I spent 5 days in a row when I intended to spend only 2 so relaxing it was indeed

Pondicherry is a dream with colourful buildings, French architecture and tranquil beaches. It is also quite cheap especially when one limits himself or herself to homestays and local food.

What to see and do: Have a stroll in a White Town, explore Auroville and chill out at Promenade Beach

The next best thing is to rent a bicycle to see cheap and fun!

Every Indian must visit once in his/her lifetime to Varanasi. It is religious, sentimental.
And opening up the eyes simultaneously.
